Natural Facelift Massage

The stresses of everyday life can build tension not only in our body, but in our face as well. Often times we express habitual facial movements that reflect our emotions. Over time this can cause restrictions in our facial muscles and adhesions in our facial connective tissue.

Connective Tissue is formed from protein fibers such as collagen and elastin. In young skin, these fibers move freely beside eachother, giving the skin flexibility and suppleness. As we age, toxin build up causes these fibers to adhere to eachother, restricting movement and circulation. Natural Facelift Massage helps to release these adhesions and bring more circulation to the area, improving the elasticity of the connective tissue and decreasing the appearance of wrinkles.

 How Does It Work?

Lymphatic drainage    -Stimulates the body’s natural detoxification process

                                       -Promotes healing and cell regeneration

                                       -Decreases swelling/puffiness

Increases Circulation- Increased blood flow helps to deliver more oxygen and nutrients needed to repair skin damage

Refines pores- Light brushing motions on the skin help to exfoliate dead skin cells, increase circulation and lymphatic flow, and minimize pores

Relaxes facial muscles -Releasing muscle tension that hold our faces in habitual expressions helps decrease the appearance of laugh lines, crow’s feet, and other expression- related wrinkles.

Tones Connective Tissue- Creating a smoothing and lifting effect.

Relieves from Migraines, Insomnia, and Eye Strain- Relaxing massage helps relieve tension and triggers the parasympathetic nervous system

Balances the crown, third eye, and throat chakras - Releases blockages, helping energy to flow more freely.
