Therapeutic Massage- Whatever your goal may be for a massage session; pain management, stress relief, relaxation, deep tissue release, or maybe even a combination of these things, we can work out a treatment plan together.

Hot Stones - Smooth Basalt stones are heated and used for both active massaging and as placement stones. The penetrating heat of the stones helps to facilitate a deep tissue release without deep pressure. Hot stones can be added to any massage session at no extra charge.

Cupping Massage - Silicone Cups are gently attached to the body, creating a negative pressure. The cups can be left in place for a few minutes at at time to increase circulation and healing to a specific area, or can be glided over tight muscle groups to help facilitated a deep tissue release, increase lymphatic flow, or break up muscle adhesions, scar tissue, and even cellulite! Cupping can be added to any massage session at no extra cost.

Reiki - Reiki is a natural method of healing and rebalancing the body, mind, emotional self, and spiritual self. The hands are lightly placed on or near the body, guiding healing and balancing energy to all aspects of your being.

Natural Facelift Massage - Enjoy a relaxing face massage while smoothing out wrinkles, improving elasticity, and creating a more youthful appearance. Most clients see results after one session, but for complete and stable results it is recommended to do a series of 6-8 one-hour sessions. (available in 60min, 90min, or 120min sessions)

 

All massage services are priced according to the duration of the massage. This allows for you to experience a variety of tools and techniques within one session, or to experience new modalities at no extra costs.
